We serve 3 - 4oz samples at each of the 3 brewery stops along the tour. There will be plenty...we suggest a solid meal before you join us!
All tours are available privately. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
Yes, Tours must be canceled at least 72 hours before the tour to receive a refund. Please call 828-233-5006 to cancel. Asheville Brewery Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if there are not at least 4 participants booked on a tour, if this occurs we will issue full refunds.
Walking tours end at the final brewery stop which is approximately 3/4 of a mile. Mobile tours will be dropped off at the original pickup location, unless alternative arrangements made prior to tour.
The tours are held rain or shine. Please check the weather conditions and dress accordingly. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Occasionally, we will reserve the right to cancel a tour if there are not at least four participants. If this occurs, we will refund your tickets or reschedule your tour.
Absolutely! On our tours, we get the insider’s view into the process and backstory that makes these watering holes “classic” among locals. It’s also a great way to entertain your visiting guests!
Our starting points for the tours vary, but there are many garages in downtown Asheville that are very close to these points. Visit Asheville's Parking directory for more detailed information about available parking. Public lots convenient to our locations include Rankin Street, Civic Center, and Biltmore Avenue Garages. Street parking and private lots are abundant in the area too!
Comfortable walking shoes that are suggested. Brewery production facilities do require closed-toed shoes. Please wear clothing appropriate to the weather forecast.
Paid attendees under the age of 21 are allowed on the tour if they are accompanied by an adult over 21. Paid attendees under the age of 21 are not allowed to drink on the tour. Non-drinkers are welcome on the tour with a paid non-drinking ticket.
Yes, our walking tours are wheelchair accessible but please give us a heads up prior to the tour to best accommodate you.

Yes, there are numerous opportunities to use the restroom.
Your tour guides are always appreciative of tips, although they are not required. Gratuities are not necessary for the breweries and their staff, we take care of that for you.

Yes. Tours are subject to rebooking or cancellation if a minimum of 4 participants have not been booked.
